The obvious choice is the MCDBA (Microsoft Certified Database Administrator). It is the most respected certification for those who are responsible for the implementation and administration of Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Technical Consultant

The Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) is for you. MCTs are highly respected in the industry and are required to hold a MSCE, MSCD, or MCDBA certification in addition to the MCT. MCTs are also required to complete continuing education credits (CEC) and perform at least 10 hours of Microsoft certified training every year. The certification requirements must be renewed yearly.
